We are kicking off a Summer Secret Sisters Program for all the women of the church from May through August to stay connected over the Summer break.

Summer Secret Sisters is designed to help us build deeper friendships and grow closer in our relationships together.

What is a Secret Sister?

A Secret Sister Program is an opportunity to love on a sister in Christ anonymously.

Participants encourage their Secret Sister through prayers, cards, small gifts, etc. throughout a specified length of time.

The challenging part is keeping identities a secret. This means sending gifts or sneaking gifts to a specified pick-up area.

How Can You Participate?

You will fill out the All About Me form below, highlighting your interests, to make gift giving thoughtful and appropriate.

You will be assigned a Secret Sister. And someone else will receive your name.

You are responsible for secretly blessing your Secret Sister.

We will continue the Secret Sister Program through the Summer.

Only the leader in charge of the master list, knows who the Secret Sisters are. It is a secret.

Guidelines

Please keep costs low, it’s the thought that counts. And make sure you are consistent so your Secret Sister hears from you at least once a month.

We suggest only one gift with a $20 limit to be given anytime before August 12. And just cards or small happies the other months, with at least 1 card each month.

Drop off weeks are the last two weeks of each month, May – July. Pick up weeks are the first two weeks of June – August.

Drop off and Pick up is located in the church office.

If you don’t hear from your Secret Sister at least once a month, please let the leader know, so we can check on her.

The Big Reveal

We will host a “Reveal” Party, where you will discover your Secret Sister, who has been blessing you, and you will get to greet your sister that you have blessed all summer.

Our Reveal Party will be a Ladies’ Tea and Bunco Party on Saturday, August 12, 12-2pm.
